The story of INVASIONEN started way back in 2003. They started out being called THE LOST PATROL BAND , but after touring throughout Europe with well over 100 shows they cahnged their name to Invasionen. They cahnged their name partly because there was an American band called the Lost Patrol that threatend to sue if they used the name overseas and also because after 5 years and over a 100 shows it was time to do something new.
INVASIONEN is Swedish and means the Invasion. Invasionen has now signed with APRIL77 RECORDS . One of their songs Teenage Dream is a winner and you can check it out at the April 77 Records website
INVASIONEN is Dennis Lyxzen on Vocals and Guitar (Refused, The (International) Noise Conspiracy and Lost Patrol) Robert Pettersson on Bass and Vocals (The Vicious, Regulations and Masshysteri) Andre Sandström on Drums and Vocals (Ds-13, The Vicious and Ux Vileheads) and Anders Stenberg on Guitar and Vocals (Deportees and Lykke Li), a veritable who’s who of Swedish Musicians.
